the first Procrastination style is the perfectionist they don't want to start a task because they don't want to be less than perfect they be so much attention to detail that they may not finish they think if they don't do it well then they are a failure the second is the worrier they feel anxiety at the thought of failure they would rather not Start the task at all the overdo or commits to multitasking they don't live up to their standards and be able to prioritize their tasks and then there are those that are motivated by low frustration Intro @nikkos_ramone.
