I am your host Drea. if you're in your season listener I asked you subscribe to my show so you can get a double dose of Drea every week. one thing you can do to be productive is make a to do list the night before I've always been a fan of Yes that way you wake up with a sense of direction no thing you can do is wake up and go to bed consistently. now I have a problem with going to be consistently I can pretty much wake up but I have an alarm at a decent time nice and early but going to bed at the same time it's a bit tough for me because I usually don't go before midnight unless I'm totally exhausted And being that I'm going to be at home for a while I clearly don't see me going to bed too early but doing this can keep you feeling rested and set a foundation.
